How to rent a room in a new York apartment

When you move to New York, you may have to wait a little longer to find your own room, as new laws are making it easier to rent and to have a room that suits you.

New York City’s new “bedroom tax” makes it easier for people to rent out their homes as apartments.

It’s been called the first-ever tax to tax the number of bedrooms in a home.

In New York City, there are three levels of apartments in the city: affordable, studio and one-bedrooms.

In order to qualify, an apartment must be two-bedroom or less and have a bedroom count of at least two, according to a city spokesperson.

In most cases, a one-bedroom apartment counts as one bedroom.

If a two-bedroom apartment has a bedroom with a count of more than two, the apartment becomes considered an “unoccupied room.”

It will cost $2,500 to rent one of these apartments in New York.

To qualify, a couple will need to have at least $1,000 in cash and have lived in the apartment for at least one month.

Renters will also have to be at least 18 years old.

The rules vary by state, and in some states, the rules can be quite different.

In some states you can only rent one bedroom at a time.

In other states, you can rent as many as two bedrooms at a cost of $2 a month.

In California, you’ll need to be 18 or older and have at most one bedroom count.

In addition to the taxes, there is a waiting period before people can rent a home again.

A home is considered occupied when it is vacant, vacant, or empty.

The new rules will apply to apartment rentals in New Jersey starting this January, and they will be in effect from Jan. 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.

This is the same period that New York’s rules will be on the books.

If you want to find a new home, New York will continue to have its own rules, but they will not be the same as the state’s.
